Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders with exstock goods are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (normally 1-2 days more). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Location and Instructions

Please kindly provide delivery location and special instructions (if any) in your PO confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for long/large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the quotation.

Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately.
